Guest guest
That was one of the law firms I spoke with. They put that info up on their website after I spoke with them. But there is no actual lawsuit that I know of, let alone a settlement. Guest guest
Disappointing...I've been seriously considering legal action against Jansenn (the makers of Risperdal), and this was a little ray of hope that I might actually have a case (of the many ways Risperdal has fucked me up...and they are many, many, indeed...impotence is the only one remotely diagnosable...lawyers need a medical diagnosis before they'll even consider your case, at least according to the lawyer I talked to a few weeks back)... > > > > I just found out that there was a lawsuit about Celexa causing > PSSD. > > They call it " permanent impotence " instead of PSSD. > > > > > http://www.weitzlux.com/celexa/sideeffects/permanentimpotence_403017.h > tm > > l > > > > It says that they aren't taking cases anymore, but hundreds of > people > > reported this. Guest guest
Sounds like a very difficult case to win. Also, you have to be impotent, not just dysfunctional.
