penises don't 'shrink'. It is highly unlikey IMO that one dose

accounts for what you are experiencing. Unecessary worry might.

Penis shrinkage?! Not likely. You may be someone who is extremely

sensitive to SSRIs. Some people develop a sensitivity over time,

whereas others have one right off the bat. I would wait it out a

while longer and perhaps things will be OK.

My definition of PSSD is someone who has persistent side effects 6

months+ after quitting. Many people get better after a few

weeks/months without any medical or natural remedy intervention.

Thanks for your kind words. Just to clarify by shrinking what I mean is

that most of the residual blood present in the corpus cavernosa of my

flaccid penis has seemingly drained away so that the penis is about

one third of its normal size and completely resistant to stimulation.

I would think it very unlikely that somebody could get PSSD from a

single dose of celexa, but I wouldn't say it was impossible. The

half life of the drug is about 30-40 hours, I think, so it's not even

100% out of your system yet. If it lasts more than a week or two I'd

be surprised, but I predict that you will fully recover. As others

have said, try not to stress too much about it.

Thanks-thats reasuring. i was compleltely unaware thta SSRI had

persisitent sexual side effects and I am a medical doctor
