Margaret,

Well, Jordan constantly refers to my mother's house as her home. No matter

how much I tell her that THIS is her home, she apparently doesn't want to

live here anymore. I feel so bad for her because when my mother leaves,

Jordan just breaks down and cries. It kills me. Maybe I'm just having an

off day and over thinking stuff.... I need a break, a vacation...

something!! I think maybe I'm not a good mom or something, but then I look

at my other daughter, and she never wants to leave me. When she has to go

to her dad's house, she cries and tells me that she wants to stay with me.

Margaret: Sorry you BW wasn't as successful as years before. It definitely

could have been the weather keeping people away! There is always next year!

The weather is why we moved our BW to the end of Sept.

Hi, Everyone....Annette...that is great that you are seeing such positive

results for Emma. When Gareth went on Risperdal (@ 9 years ago) it was the

first time he would sleep through the whole night, too. Such a blessing right

there!!! Are you noticing that you can finally 'connect' with her.....like

she is trying to understand better?

Judi....maybe Jordan just wants Bop to stay at grandma's house? Maybe she

is 'tired' of taking her back and forth. FWIW....Gareth would love to stay at

Grandma's house if he had a choice. It's not just you!!!

We had our Buddy walk yesterday.....very cold and windy out!!! One spec.

ed. teacher from land wanted the info.....she's been trying to get

'people'

to listen to her about the possibility of one of her students also having

autism but never saw any 'proof' that there were dual dx'x kids. Another man

from my area said his son was dual dx'd. They don't live far from me and he

wasn't very talkative......seemed hard for him to discuss it but he took the

info. I felt there was a very low turnout compared to the last two years.

Take care, Everyone.

Margaret
