Guest guest
One reason I love this profession is that it's possible to learn something new every day. It's never boring. Case in point: recently saw a mother with exceptionally wide and a bit longer than usual nipples. My first thought was that she would need at least a 30mm breastshield on the pump she had rented. After much experimentation with her 24mm, and my 27,30 and 36mm, it was decided that she actually got the most milk using her 24s. Then her baby surprised me. She stuck her long tongue out at me many times. It appeared quite agile. Then lo and behold, she couldn't lift it. What fun.
