I am starting up my business and am looking for ways to spread the word. I live in a small community with no competition I just want to let people know I am here and this is what I do! Has any one been sucessful at this? And what tips can you give me? I plan on doing this also in the next town over which is larger.. I want to focus on family.. I have a youth trainer certification... and lifestyle and wieght management one also... if that helps...
