CDC to Announce New Autism Rate of 1 in 88, and Believes CDC Likely to Declare

I was told via some educated parents also of vaccine injured children that there was a study (independent of course) that researched USA, the UK and another south eastern country. the study's summary included a true rate of autism at 1 in every 37 children. At the time I was busy with trying to teach my son's school how to teach children with autism, and was overwhelmed with that, missing the direction given to locate the article. Is anyone aware of the article I speak of, about a year ago.

What will it take before this is declared a national crisis? 1 in 2 kids? If 1 in 88 children was being kidnapped in NYC, a major task force would be assembled immediately.
