1st Dr. appt since surgery

I had my first appt with Dr. Z since my surgery last Wednesday.

Everything looks good, and he pulled my drains. It didn't hurt at

all... I was SHOCKED! Heh, finally something that didn't hurt me

during this whole experience *smirk*. I've lost 18 lbs so far. I

was suprised that it was so much just because my tummy feels so

swollen still and I can't really tell anything yet. It's probably

all water. Dr. Z and I had a good chat and lots of laughter and I

came out of the office more positive about this since I went under

the knife, which I'm VEEERRRY thankful for. Plus I talked to several

post ops in the office while I was waiting which is always

interesting! So, it is looking up at least a little for me. Heh,

but I have a feeling I'm gonna be up and down for awhile! I'll be at

the meeting in San on April 5th. I hope to see a bunch of you

there!!! Oh, and thanks for all the encouragement! :-)
