Detroit— Two judges in different Wayne County courtrooms sided

Monday with a mother who resisted police forcing their way into her home

last March to take her teenage daughter during a dispute with a Child

Protective Services worker over medications.One of the Judges had ruled

in September against the government’s claims the mother had committed

medical abuse by withholding a controversial anti-psychotic medication.

The girl was being treated for a sudden onset of psychotic behavior the

mother believes was caused by a bad reaction to immunizations.
