Guest guest
WE ARE RIGHT IN ITThe proverbial and real world of May (be its GMO shhh!) 2011 and North Germany's and the worlds :BIGGEST HEALTH CATASTROPHEThe harm and death to thousands of people across Germany is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Also is the response of Dalli that :WE MAY NEVER KNOW THE CAUSE.How can we be certain that we can't be certain of ANY likely cause? We already know it may be Bt GMO potatoes grown in several European countries. If its not Bt Toxins causing bleeding hell to animals and humans; then :Perhaps its GMO Soja as others now suggest.Coming into ports here by the hundred thousand tons every week?If that's the case we need a count of ALL cases of bleeding and bleeding deaths not just last month but back over the decade or so of GMO use. Here are two sources from two years ago already telling those who want to use their brains that the Worlds Biggest Health Catastrophe was getting into gear.More than two years ago we had large animals dying in Germany just as humans in Germany in 2011. Un Ebola bovin? Une centaine de cas déclarés en Allemagne, principalement en Bavière. [DerSpiegel] A mysterious illness is causing calves to bleed to death on German farms. Veterinarians are stumped over what is causing the deaths: vaccines, genetically modified feed or perhaps even the first mother’s milk? A mysterious disease is rampant in Germany’s cattle barns. The afflicted two-to-three-week-old calves begin bleeding massively and are often dead within hours. More than 100 cases have been documented throughout Germany, most of them in Bavaria, but the number of unreported deaths is believed to be much higher. Cases have also been reported in Belgium, but experts are still puzzled over what causes the condition… What can a cattle farmer do when he sees blood running from his calves like water, when they become lethargic and febrile and, by the next morning, are lying dead on the floor, their coats covered in blood? 29 March 2009 The Nightmare of GM Foods By Segala 07/29/2009 “You have to know where your food is coming from.†These words of warning were spoken by biologist and plant expert, Arpad Pustzai at a gathering of concerned citizens in St. ’s, Ontario earlier this year.1 As far back as 1998, Dr. Pustzai’s research at the Rowett Research Institute in Aberdeen, Scotland showed that genetically modified potatoes caused health problems in rats, including a weakened immune system and abnormal growth. For blowing the whistle on Big Agra, he was dismissed from his job. Eleven years later, as companies like Monsanto successfully silenced their critics, genetically modified organisms have gained a stronghold in taking over the world’s food supply — in spite of the fact that a growing body of evidence shows the alarming health effects that are being seen in people and animals who are consuming GM foods. But unlike years ago, concerned physicians and scientists are now banding together and advising their patients and the general public to avoid GM foods altogether. The latest professional group to voice their warnings is the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) who is advising physicians to educate their patients and the medical community about the health risks of GM foods — including “infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system.â€2 Why are these medical professionals so sure that GM foods are to blame for the growing list of health problems? Because of the reason and method they were manufactured. GM corn and cotton for example, are produced with a built-in pesticide called Bt. When the insect bites the plant, the poison kills it. The problem is that the Bt toxin in GM plants is thousands of times more concentrated and toxic than the spray version — and it cannot be washed off — it’s part of the plant. And as health professionals for the AAEM have pointed out, there are precious few human studies to document the safety of GM foods. The animal studies however, tell a frightening story.2 Here are just a few examples: When GM soy was fed to female rats, most of their babies died within three weeks—compared to a 10% death rate among the control group fed natural soy. When male rats were fed GM soy, their testicles turned from a natural pink to dark blue. In India when grazing animals fed on the remainder of harvested GM cotton plants, all of them died including thousands of sheep. Those that grazed on natural cotton plants remained healthy. In the US, farmers have reported that thousands of pigs became sterile after eating GM corn. In Germany, GM corn is thought to have caused the death of both cows and horses. There is only one human study so far that demonstrates what GM foods might be doing to us — and it is chilling indeed. The modified gene that is inserted into GM soy transfers into the DNA of our intestinal bacteria and is still functional. This means our own gut flora could continue to produce the pesticide long after we have eaten the food — perhaps forever.2 Could GM foods be the cause of skyrocketing numbers of obesity, diabetes, autism, and even cancer? According to researchers, it may be, but we may never know for sure. The link to GM foods can’t be traced and the onset of the disease may take several years. But that doesn’t mean we should take any chances, or wait for the results to come in. If Big Agra has its way, any damning evidence that links GM foods to chronic diseases will be stifled and the epidemic of immune and degenerative diseases will continue to rise. What you can do is stay away from all processed food unless it clearly states on the package that it is organic or made from non-GMO ingredients. According to the Institute for Responsible Technology and the Center for Food Safety, you should also steer clear of soy or corn derivatives, cottonseed and canola oils, and GM sugar beets. These two organizations provide a downloadable Non-GMO Shopping Guide for consumers to refer to help with their food choices. Let’s not be lab rats for the benefit of Big Agra. Together we can take a stand and just say no to the foods that are not fit for human or animal consumption. Doctors Warn: Avoid Genetically Modified Food,http://www.responsibletechnology.org/utility/showArticle/?objectID=2989. Look at this carnage (of GMO crops) And you will see that many people prefer to RESPECT the law rather than save possibly their children and their children from a BLEEDING HELL and DEATH. You just don't get it, do you? GMO's have mutated and even killed test animals, and are PROVEN to cause physical ailments in humans. What you're saying is, essentially, "So what if your stomach is bleeding, and you're disabled by eczema, asthma, and new diseases. So what if the GMO corn you ate has caused your stomach to produce pesticides inside of you... At least we all can eat now!" That's called suicide. Proper methods exist to feed the world and that is the way we should go. these people obviously have no understanding of the technology or how it can benefit mankind by produceing higher yields from the same amount of farm land, thus helping to feed the world's starving famillys. blinkered cowards like this have forced Syngenta to stop growing GM crops in this country so they are in effect helping people to starve to death. thanks alot guys ! ..I can't believe this. These people have just openly destroyed private property. How dare they speak on behalf of the public! The simple fact of the matter is, GM crops are needed because there are so many people to feed in the world, if all crops were 100% organic and natural, one third of the population would starve. Your next project instead of trashing private property is to find two billion volunteers. Why do responsible medical bodies in the UK and USA HAVe to warn us of the dangers? It is rumoured that GMO companies source NON GMO for their employees.Thats NICE!It is rumoured Governments around the world source NON GMO for their politicians.Pity about the COMMON MASSES though in North Germany or the prisoners in USA detention centres. You dont need to be too clever to know GMO Big Harmers are not too clever. We are not entering a scary world.WE ARE RIGHT IN IT
