Guest guest
For the record, the NC bill does no such thing. It's already criminal in NC (and probably everywhere else) to practice medicine without a license. What the bill does is make that a felony instead of a misdemeanor. It doesn't change the definition of " medical practice " , so alt hlth practitioners are no more at risk in that regard than before, only subject to a greater penalty if they are accused and convicted. The alternative practitioner community is reasonably opposed to this, but it's not as bad as the hype suggests.
