Guest guest
Well I suppose that is what the Powers That Be think we need. ( As good drones of the corporate paradigm-) We need to get organised and protest this .I am sure there are groups doing this already we shall have to fight for yet another cause, Devra website is a good start. It is the nature of the work for the times we are in, Kiesha in Zurich About this video:"Kiesha Crowther Little Grandmother, one of the 12 young Shaman wisdom keepers to establish the "Tribe of many colors" recently was on a European Tour spreading her message on how to start living from the heart. She also speaks about our ancestors, the pole shift, where the extraterrestrials are hiding and what we can do to change our world and heal Mother Earth. This is a 25 minutes summary of her workshop in Zurich, Switzerland of early November 2010. Two shorter videos on 2012 and various subjects will be published soon. The workshop was held in two languages (English with German translation) but we compiled for you only the English original.Other videos on Kiesha: NEW: Kiesha speaks on 2012: http://www.vimeo.com/16830337 NEW: Q & A with Kiesha Crowther: http://www.vimeo.com/17023911One with Nature: http://www.vimeo.com/11191065 Apps Free for World Autism Awareness on iPhone, iPad & iTouchTo: EOHarm Date: Sunday, April 3, 2011, 2:24 PM http://graceappforautismoniphone.blogspot.com/2011/03/grace-app-goes-free-for-world-autism.html Grace App for Autism on iPhone, iPad and iTouch To U Tuesday, March 29, 2011 Extended the 3 days Grace App Goes Free for World Autism Awareness Everybody deserves the right to say what they want. Listen and you will also get to know what they like and need, and maybe get to know them a bit better. The App is free today, and updated! Many kids with autism or speech delay use "pecs" a system of pictures attached to a board to ask for what they need or say how they feel. These boards are stored in a book which they have to carry around with them. Even if and when they begin to say a few words, they may be difficult to understand and so they need the pictures as a back-up, as their independent speech develops. As the mother of a severely autistic little girl with a few words but many pictures, I wanted to keep prompting her to use her own voice - while bringing ALL her pictures everywhere.. so I created the Grace App Grace App replicates the picture exchange system by storing a basic picture vocabulary in simple to access folders with a facility for building a semantic sentence. It can be used on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. On the smaller devices you tilt and the cards are enlarged for you to point and read together. On iPad the pictures are big enough to be read easily without enlargement. You can take and add your own photographs or images, download, save or transfer pictures that you already have. You can encourage the user to do this independently -: Giving them the power over their communication choices. It is a simple and portable means of prompting communication and mutual understanding - which leads to trust. And to celebrate World Autism Awareness we have set the App to free. Anyone who uploads Grace App on the day will own it forever and will get all updates free. You can also join our Facebook page for more information and support. Guest guest
truly...... if Bill and Steve think we are here to feed their pockets..... think again. You know, actually this all started with the transistor (sp?) radio in the 60s. Good thing we didn't have headphones to go with them back then. haha Subject: Apps Free for World Autism Awareness on iPhone, iPad & iTouchTo: EOHarm Date: Sunday, April 3, 2011, 2:24 PM http://graceappforautismoniphone.blogspot.com/2011/03/grace-app-goes-free-for-world-autism.html Grace App for Autism on iPhone, iPad and iTouch To U Tuesday, March 29, 2011 Extended the 3 days Grace App Goes Free for World Autism Awareness Everybody deserves the right to say what they want.
