Guest guest
If people know about this gentleman, and have copies of his prior testimonies/depositions I would be that the plaintiff attorney, D'Amico would LOVE to have them. Bruce Kelman and Coreen Robbins of VeriTox are also experts for FEMA in the case. If you have them, send them to me and I will get them to the attorney. snk1955@... During such time, he has undoubtedly gained empirical knowledge for the basis of this opinion, without resorting to studies and analysis demonstrating the connection between the insertion of a finger into a nose and a resulting consequential nosebleed. Guest guest
And how many of MY tax dollars have gone to Dr Wedner and the FEMA attorneys " with regard to Dr. Wedner’s opinions regarding nosebleeds, and the fact that they are usually caused by one’s own fingers " ...and therefore, they are not caused by formaldehyde and mold? Sounds like its time for a FEMA FOOEY FOIA to me. Sharon In a message dated 2/7/2010 12:07:01 P.M. Guest guest
If this were true then how do any people ever survive beyond 1st grade? (or earlier!) My brother used to stick more than his fingers up his nose, sometimes requiring a doctor to remove the objects, and he never had a nosebleed his entire life. Guest guest
Yes, the insurance industry has used Dr. Wedner as an expert witness in mold cases. Here's another good example of Wedner's opinions. " The only way to be exposed to them (mycotoxins) is to swallow them.
