Sandie, Tae and Bo who can see being a political big wig one day Responses to Multiple posts I've had my head in the ground lately so I haven't been able to respond to as many posts as I felt I should.-SO sorry to hear about the muscle cramps. The first few days of an injury will find me in a cold bath three to four times a day.Eating tons of bananas and whining miserably to my spouse. Try that. J/k. Wow not that thirty is old or even close but you definitly dont look it.-I've been tired myself lately, I think part of it is the changing of the weather. Maybe you should try going out for a walk or go rollerskating or something different just to pick you up. I love Taebo but there are some days I NEED to do something else.LAst night I did the basic and didnt feel like doing another tape so I went out and ran 2 miles in 15 minutes. I could not believe I did it and I was so proud of myself. I think it will help me to have a better Taebo workout tonight. When you can do other physical activities it will remind you that you are physically fit and it will "pump you up" as Arnold would say.I definitly hear you on the this should be my skinny period in life thing.I'm worried that because I struggle so hard to maintain a healthy weight right now that it will be impossible in 5 years for me to do so.Barb-My biggest reason for not working out is illness.
