Yet another article that points fingers at " other factors " that have contributed

to the dramatic rise of developmental disabilities in the past decade. Blame

game on parents and professionals....

parents having children at older ages. They also said that improvements in

screenings, diagnosis and awareness have pushed the numbers higher.
