Guest guest
> Pesto recipe: > http://www.royalrife.com/mercury.html Here is a recipe for mercury chelation that was sent to me by a lady in Kennewick Washington. It appears to work for other metals also. Alpha lipoic acid can also be considered for mercury and other heavy metals chelation. This is from an article found in the newsletter " Alternative " dated June, 1998. A Dr. Yoshiaki Omura discovered almost by accident that the leaves of the coriander plant can accelerate the excretion of mercury, lead and aluminum from the body. He performed a study in which three amalgam fillings were removed from an individual using all the precautions available to prevent absorption of the mercury from the amalgam. Significant amounts were later found in the individual's lungs, kidneys, endocrine organs, liver and heart. There was no mercury in these tissues prior to the amalgam removal. Remarkably, without the help of any chelation agents, cilantro was able to remove the mercury in two to three weeks. (Acupunct Electrother Res 96;21(2):133-60) Recipe for Cilantro Pesto (Make that " Chelation Pesto " ) 1 Clove garlic 1/2 cup almonds, cashews, or other nuts 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves 2 tablespoons lemon juice 6 tablespoons olive oil Put the cilantro and olive oil in blender and process until the cilantro is chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and process to a lumpy paste. (You may need to add a touch of hot water and scrape the sides of the blender.) You can change the consistency by altering the amount of olive oil and lemon juice, but keep the 3:1 ratio of oil to juice. (It freezes well, so you can make several batches at once. He recommends a couple of teaspoons a day for two to three weeks once or twice a year.

Guest guest
hi caroline, thansk for the great information, this is just what i have been looking for. i have a mouthful of fillings, all in the rear, the front teeth are great, and i'm proud of them. (is that weird?) haha anyhoo, i'm going to read that website and see if i can do something like you did, very good of you. can you email me personally about costs? if not, is ok too. i worked with a girl in the early 90s who had this done too, she felt much better she said, i wish i had the knowledge about it then, but i guess i'm learning now, these groups are so wonderful and helpful, thanks again, rik > Hi Rik, > > I would suggest that you read Dr. Hal Huggins book " It's All In Your Head " to learn of amalgam fillings/root canals/cavitations, etc. I have been plagued with the problems of mercury poisoning since I began having amalgam fillings as a young child. Two years ago I went to Tijuana, Mexico to see a biological dentist Dr. Juvier Morales who had worked under the guidance of Dr. Huggins in their Mexico clinic. You can read more about his work on http://www.bikerchick.freehomepage.com/ > > After getting estimates from a local dentist, I was able to get the work done for less than 1/3rd of the cost by going to Mexico. This includes the plane fare from San for two visits, the motel, and all meals. It was the first time I ever felt great after leaving a dentists office. > > And please do not try any detox/chelation as long as you still have any mercury fillings in your mouth. This includes the cilantro recipe, the hot baths, etc. or anything else before you have them removed. I did this and got very sick because of it. Now I am doing the detox with supplements, Masters Miracle hot baths, essential oils, coconut oil and eliminating any grains from my diet. It's a slow process, but I feel a lot better after having the amalgams replaced, root canals removed, cavitations cleaned out. > > Caroline Rollinson Koenig > www.theoilsolution.com/caroline > > > Rik <bliksemskater@...> wrote: > hello all, > today i'm reading about heavy metal detox, i have been wondering about > my fillings in my teeth, i have a lot of mercury fillings. what i have > been reading is quite shocking, has anyone done a heavy metal detox? > if so, can you tell me about this? thanks in advance, rik >
