I don't think we have to really worry about this--just be aware. they're talking about high dose and prolonged use. Maybe this will result in domperidone being available in the US again. Thanks for the heads up Amy. The research shows this particular side effect is very related to the duration of use, which is why most of the caregivers I work with will not prescribe this med for longer than 3 weeks at a time and only 1 refill.
