I used to pay $45/month, and that was considered a "deal". Does it have to do with the distributor being willing to cut his/her commission? Or maybe what part of the country you live in?

How is it that you pay under $25? I rent the Baby Weigh (have for years and likely own it by now with all I've paid) and am charged $30.05 per month. I wish I had the Tanita but never seem to have that chunk of money to purchase outright.

I pre pay my pumps and scale - it might be $27 a month tops. When you prepay you get a discount.
