Guest guest
I subscribed with the hope in finding the right answer. I've suffered from urine retention, bladder not emptying, ED. Visited urologists through the years with no help. It's always the same dx: enlarged prostate. Modified my diet & lifestyle with no help. Gave in to a turp and biopsy. One year later no better. Let me know if this group is strictly for Rx users, before I provide details of my ED. I take no drugs of any kind. Thanks Ramon
Guest guest
For the urine retention, I suggest Flomax. It worked wonders for me, almost immediately (next day), even though I have a very large prostate.. I was warned it does not work for everyone,. Guest guest
Ramon, Another thing, have you had your testosterone checked? If it's low it could be the cause of the ED. Guest guest
yes, mine was " lowish " but tribulus, and presumably tongkat ali, certainly helps altho i think there also is a dopamine issue as well and levitra also helps, but its not fun: just a hard-on --- Olle Ronn wrote: > Ramon, > Another thing, have you had your testosterone > checked? Guest guest
Flomax can cause pretty severw sexual dysfunction. I've heard of some persistent cases too. Guest guest
What units are they? If they are US, they are very low. > > I subscribed with the hope in finding the right answer. > > I've suffered from urine retention, bladder not emptying, ED. Guest guest
You're right, it's not fun. This stuff is so complicated, it takes the spontainaity (spelling?) out of sex. If I have to plan ahead to have sex, it aint gonna happen. Anxiety takes over....JR wrote: yes, mine was "lowish"but tribulus, and presumably tongkat ali, certainlyhelpsaltho i think there also is a dopamine issue as welland levitra also helps, but its not fun: just ahard-on--- Olle Ronn <ronn287> wrote:> Ramon,> Another thing, have you had your testosterone> checked? Guest guest
I used to think that I may have a T deficiency; never had it tested before, but, my energy is low and have bouts of depression. The Prozac helps a lot, when used with Wellbutrin. But reading other posts I assume if I am usually sporting a woody and have sex frequently, (just had a nooner), my T must be normal. I am 47, the only problem I have from the Prozac is the amount of time it takes to ejaculate. Often, especially if I have been drinking or had sex earlier in the day I can pound all night if I could and not get off. There is a mental component too, if it is the 1st time with the lady or if she is married I find it easier. I was wondering about Bu Spar, anyone tried it? Guest guest
Why do you find it easier if she is married? LOL, just asking. Have you tried any other anti-d along with the Wellbutrin? I am waiting for my T results. It must definately be low. What is Bu Spar?david shaffer wrote: I used to think that I may have a T deficiency; never had it tested before, but, my energy is low and have bouts of depression.
