Autism One: A Conversation of Hope

Setting up an Autism-Related Charity with Nash, Esq., CPA

Many people are interested in setting up an autism-related nonprofit, but the

thought of doing so can be daunting. There are horror stories of the IRS

approval process. Couple this with an already busy schedule in raising a child

with autism, and even the most committed altruist can be dissuaded. But there's

hope for those wanting to set up an autism-related charity. This process can be

boiled down to its major steps, and will discuss these. Nash is

a CPA, attorney, author, entrepreneur, and mom. She is the president of Nash

Management Group, an entertainment, tax and business management firm. is

the author of the award-winning book For the Love of Money: The 411 to Taking

Control of Your Taxes and Building Your Net Worth as well as Helping the

Nonprofit Client and more. She's passionate about advocating for special needs

children and is the former secretary of Cure Autism Now (now Autism Speaks).
