Don't worry, Sandy...one day you'll be able to send in your success story to Shape and you can tell them all about how you did WW and tae-bo and had this wonderful online e-mail support group (*big grin*).....and we'll all run out and get the magazine and show it to all our friends and tell everyone that we know this girl and that we are the people in that support group...ha ha! Guest guest
Ok, well here's my food journal for Sunday. Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: Arby's Chicken Sandwich, Med. French Fries, and Medium Pepsi. Snack at work: 3 Soft Batch Cookies and a Mountain Dew Midnight when I came home from work: Bologna Sandwich, Doritos, and Mountain dew. Definitely think I went over the WW limit today. What do you guys say... Can someone give me some ideas on what's good to eat and keep your points low? For my weight i'm supposed to eat 18-25 points a day. I try to not go over 20 but here lately I've been eating about 50. I NEED TO GET MOTIVATED!!!!!!! Try to add in some veggies with each meal. You could also cut out a lot of points by switching to diet soda (yuck, I know) or water. Good luck!! And water is so much better for you! Susi

Barb who thinks Chasity is grabbing the easy to find foods being hungry and really isn't eating that much just easy to grab, therefore, bad choices. Regardless of your weight loss goals, you should try to add fruit and vegetables to at least 2 of your meals for health reasons. Good luck! French Fries (9 pts.), and Medium Pepsi. Too much fat. The chicken sandwich has fat. Did it have mayo on it? The book lists sever chicken sandwiches ranging from 5 to 13 calories each. French fries have fat. The Pepsi is high in sugar content. This looks like a high-calorie lunch to me Chastity. >Snack at work: 3 Soft Batch Cookies and a Mountain Dew I can't look up the brand name for the cookies cuz I don't remember who makes them, but this is a high-sugar, zero nutrition snack. Try fresh fruit instead. >Midnight when I came home from work: Bologna Sandwich, Doritos, and >Mountain dew. More fat. The bologna has fat. What was on the sandwich? Mayo? Did you use lite bread? Not sure about the Doritos, but I have a feeling they're pretty high in fat, too. They're fried. >Definitely think I went over the WW limit today. You need to check these books for ever meal so you know the points of what you're eating and can make low-point choices. I would also cut out the soda. It's high in sugar and high in sodium. Try to pack a lunch if you can. Stock up on chicken, turkey, fresh fruits, veggies. Snack on fruits and veggies. -- Sandy Sannicron Web Design http://www.sannicron.com
