just kick those frustrations away and remember, doing the Advanced work-out

halftime is still a great work-out and maybe even a better one

Barb,

I did the Studio Advanced on Tuesday, that is still a killer tape..I have to

say on Tuesday I had to take a breather here and there..it really requires

alot of high energy and after you feel beat then to get down and do that

floor work..Yikes..i was dripping wet..once I'm done it feels great but

Good morning everyone

Completed my 15th day yesterday -Did basic -8 minute and 30 min.

treadmill. I will try the advanced today-If I can't do it I'll go

back to basic. I did the advanced before so I'm hoping I can do it

again. Thursdays are a little though for me because it's my day to do

groceries but when I get home I run upstairs to put on my workout

clothes and everyone else has to put away the groceries. Isn't it

crazy to have so much responsibilities? Do you know that I go home at

my lunch hour and cook? Just so no one will bother me and tel me

they're hungry when I get home. And so I can have more time for

myself in the evenings. Anyway, just feeling a little frustrated this

morning and had to let it out.

Wow, that is a busy schedule with tons of responsibilities. I'm in awe. I

hope that you feel good about all you accomplish (since the kids are probably

too young to show you much appreciation yet).
