This is a site below that tells of the " advantages " of health

care.

If it is so good then why doesn't President Obama, Vice President Biden,

Congresswoman Pelosi, Senator Reid and all the Congress and Senate sign

up for the same health care they are giving to all of us??????????????

This site mentions they are exempt and to date they are all exempt. Why

would they sign up for hamburger when they can get steak with their

Cadillac health plans???????

Also, if 32 million new people are going to get health care, how many new

doctors will be recruited to treat them when we hear that many doctors

will either retire or take their practice elsewhere......this alone

should be very interesting as time goes on!!!!!!!!!!!

Disregard the last part about the " bill needs to be crushed " .

Too late, a done deal now that President Obama and Congress signed this

into law.

What is Obama Health Care?

First and foremost every American should know that Mr. Obama, his family,

our senators, their families and our congressmen and their families are

exempt from the very Health Care Plan they are fighting desperately to

shove down our throats. If it is so good for the American people, why are

they choosing to exempt themselves? The following are excerpts from the

Obama Health Care Bill, titled HR 3200, America's Affordable Health

Choices Act of 2009, which should be very eye opening to every American

citizen.

Page 22 - mandates that the Government will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS

that self-insure.

Page 29 lines 4-16 - Your Health Care is rationed.

Page 30, Section 123 - There will be a Government committee that decides

what treatments/benefits you receive.

Page 42 - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC benefits

for you. You have no choice.

Page 50, Section 152 - Health Care will be provided to ALL non-U. S.

Citizens, illegal or otherwise.

Page 58 - The Government will have real-time access to an individual's

finances and a National ID Health Card will be issued.

Page 59, lines 21-24 - The Government will have direct access to your

bank accounts for elective funds transfer.

Page 65, Section 164 is a payoff, subsidized plan for retirees and their

families in labor unions and community organizations (such as

ACORN)

Page 72, Lines 8-14 - The Government is creating an HC Exchange to bring

private HC plans under government control.

Page 84, Section 203 - The Government mandates all benefit packages for

private HC plans in the HC Exchange.

Page 85, Line 7 - Specifies Benefit levels for all Plans (The Government

will ration your Healthcare) AARP Members - your Health Care will be

rationed.

Page 91, Lines 4-7 -The Government mandates linguistic services.

Example-translation for illegal aliens.

Page 95, Lines 8-18 - The Government will use groups i.e., ACORN and

Americorps to sign up individuals for Government Health Care

Plan.

Page 102, Lines 12-18 - Medicaid Eligible Individuals (redefined

elsewhere as all those under 133% of poverty level) will be automatically

enrolled in Medicaid. (No choice)

Page 124, Lines 24-25 - No company can sue the Government for price

fixing. No judicial review against a Government monopoly.

Page 127, Lines 1-16 - Doctors/AMA - The Government will tell you what

you can earn.

Page 145, Lines 15-17 - An Employer MUST auto enroll employees into

public option plan. (No choice)

Page 146, Lines 22-25 - Employers MUST pay for Health Care for part time

employees AND their families.

Page 149, Lines 16-24 - ANY Employer with payroll of 400K and above who

does not provide public option, pays an additional 8% tax on all

payroll.

Page 150, Lines 9-13 - Businesses with payroll between 251k and 400k who

don't provide public option pays an additional 2-6% tax on all

payroll.

Page 167, Lines 18-23 - ANY individual who does not have acceptable

Health Care according to the Government will be taxed an additional 2.5%

of their income. (Who decides what is acceptable?)

Page 179, Lines 1-3 - Any NONRESIDENT alien is exempt from individual

taxes.

Page 195 - Officers and employees of the Health Care Administration will

have access to ALL Americans' financial/personal records.

Page 203, Lines 14-15 - The tax imposed under this section shall not be

treated as a tax.

Page 239, Lines 14-24 - The Government will reduce physician services for

Medicaid, Seniors, and low income.

Page 241, Lines 6-8- Doctors, it doesn't matter what specialty you have,

all of you will be paid the same salary.

Page 253, Lines 10-18 - The Government sets the value of doctor's time,

professional judgement. (In essence, a value on human life.)

Page 265, Section 1131 - Government mandates and controls productivity

for private Health Care Industries.

Page 268, Section 1141 - Government regulates rental and purchase of

power driven wheelchairs.

Page 272, Section 1145 - Treatment by certain cancer hospitals.

(Rationing of treatment for cancer patients.)

Page 280, Section 1151 - Government will penalize hospitals for what it

deems preventable readmissions.

Page 298, Lines 9-11 - Doctors who treat a patient during initial

admission that results in a readmission will be penalized.

Page 317, Lines 13-20 - Prohibition on ownership/investment. Government

tells doctors what/how much they can own.

Page 317, Lines 21-25 - Prohibition on expansion. Government is mandating

that hospitals cannot expand.

Page 321, Lines 2-13 - Hospitals have the opportunity to apply for

exception, but community input required. (Government

permission.)

Page 335, Lines 16-25 and Pages 336-339 - Government mandates

establishment of outcome based measures. (Rationing.)

Page 341, Lines 3-9 - Government has the authority to disqualify Medicare

Advantage Plans, HMOs, etc., forcing people into the government

plan.

Page 354, Section 1177 - Government will restrict enrollment of Special

Needs People. (Downs Syndrome, etc.)

Page 379, Section 1191 - Here Government creates more bureaucracy -

Telehealth Advisory Committee. (Is this health care by

telephone?)

Page 425, Lines 4-12 - Government mandates Advance Care Planning

Consultation. (Senior Citizens, think end of life.)

Page 425, Lines 17-19 - Government will instruct and consult regarding

living wills, durable powers of attorney-Mandatory.

Page 425, Lines 22-25 and Page 426, Lines 1-3 - Government provides

approved end of life resources, guiding you in death. (Is this a

mandatory visit from Dr. Kervorkian?)

Page 427, Lines 15-24 - Government mandates program for orders for end of

life. The government has a say in how your life ends.

Page 429, Lines 1-9 - " Advocate care planning consult " will be

used frequently as a patient's health deteriorates.

Page 429, Lines 10-12 - " Advocate care consultation " may

include an order for end of life plans. (An order from the

Government.)

Page 429, Lines 13-25 - The Government will specify which doctors can

write an end of life order.

Page 430, Lines 11-15 - The Government will decide what level of

treatment you will have at end of life.

Page 469, Community Based Medical Services - Non profit organizations.

(ACORN Medical Services.)

Page 472, Lines 14-17 - Payment to Community Based Organization. A

monthly payment to a community-based organization, such as

ACORN.

Page 489, Section 1308 - The Government will cover Marriage and Family

therapy. (The Government will insert itself into your marriage.)

Pages 494-498 - The Government will cover Mental Health Services,

including defining, creating and rationing those services.

Readers can verify, in detail, the excerpts listed above, simply by going

on-line and looking up HR 3200, America's Affordable Health Choices Act

of 2009. If this bill passes, as Pelosi and others are

promising-Welcome to the Communist State of America. Why should the

Government have a right to access our bank accounts for elective funds

transfer? How can they restrict enrollment in their " America Saving

Health Plan " for Special Needs People? And, who decides which of

these Special Needs People is denied coverage? How can the Government

deny or limit Cancer treatment to anyone? Again, who decides which

patients will receive needed Cancer treatment? Does the Government have a

right to decide that a person is no longer useful and order them to be

put to death? This bill makes all of these things a reality in America.

Is this the future America's citizens chose when they voted Obama into

office as President of the United States?

The content of HR 3200 screams a number of other questions at America.

Did our elected senators and congressmen actually read the bill? If so,

how could they possibly agree with its content? Have they become

Marxists? Do they suddenly believe America can survive as a socialist

nation? Or, are they playing partisan politics as usual and voting the

party line without regard for their constituents? How many have been

browbeaten into submission by Mr. Obama in one of his " behind closed

doors " sessions?

Those closed-door sessions, by the way, exclude members of the Republican

Party. It is time for every American citizen to stand up and tell Obama

and his cronies in the Senate and House, that the power to send them home

rests with the people. They are in office to serve the people of the

United States of America, not their own selfish interests. If they fail

to strive for what is best for those who elected them, they can be voted

out of office. Mr. Obama, the senators and congressmen should keep in

mind just how small in number they really are, especially when millions

of angry voters descend on the polls.

This bill needs to be crushed, but the only way to do that is for every

citizen to join together to stop it from passage. Everyone has to call,

write, e-mail or fax their elected representatives and tell them to vote

" NO " on HR 3200. Remind them that you will closely monitor who

sides with Obama on this issue, and you are a voter. Although your vote

might only be counted as one, when it is combined with those of other

unhappy Americans, your one vote adds to the tally of millions.
