That's good though, you tried alternative techniques and have made progress. I tried hypnotherapy once and it did nothing for me. However, I still have the recordings and may give it a shot again. It was $75 per session, and I didn't want to risk throwing my money away. I'm currently trying a couple of different alternative therapies, one of which involves meditation. So we'll see how that goes. I can give more details if anyone is interested. It works very well for " chemical " causes when the chemical cause(s) are no longer being used. Hypnosis is also very effective for IBS.
