Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am so sore that it hurts to type this, but I thought you guys would like an update We took a class from JD this morning. According to some regulars, JD is the " easy " one. HA! He kicked our butts!! It was a great workout. He is a great instructor and has a great personality! He really made the workout fun. He's not too hard on the eyes either (Barb, you would like this one)! His class was a little bit slower paced, but still much faster than the tapes! The speed just kills me! Yesterday, and I took a combat class with . Wow! It was VERY tough but a lot of fun. We saw a different side of other than the who is " on " for the cameras. We saw the trainer. He is very tough, very serious, and has very high standards of what he expects out of you. This experience here has been very humbling. I thought I was good at Tae-Bo, but then I got here and realized that I still have a lot to learn. After 's Tae-Bo class, I sat on the curb and cried. I was ! so dissapointed that I couldn't keep up in class, along with the fact that I couldn't get a lot of the moves down and I was totally exhausted. This trip has been very emotional. After the first tapings, I felt horrible about my performance. After the QVC taping, I was feeling really great about myself and how I did. Then I came here and was cut back down again. I understand that the people here have been Tae-Boing for years, but there is still that side of me that likes to be good at everything. I wanted to be able to keep up, and I had very high expectations for myself. I guess I should be proud that I am still able to walk We are taking another Combat class in the morning. I am really scared about this class because it is not an instructional class like we took yesterday. It is a full blown combat class. I hope I will make it through! I can't believe that this trip is almost over and we will be heading home tomorrow. I think I am ready though, my body has had enough Well, I am going to go rest for a while. I have never had soreness like this before! UGH! Take care everyone! Talk to you soon! who will be thinking of tomorrow
