Being healthy is a great goal, why not do it economically too, LOL! I found coir there and also kelp/seaweed liquid. So I found other things I was looking for and no postage costs this way. Had a lot of coir, some in blocks and some tht was from the Worm Factory. I got the block type coir. I just ordered one to get started. If there is a way to lose the weight and to become more healthy then I do need to do it.
