Guest guest
-if you contact me offlist at berrywell@..., I have a contact at Vitamix that can get you a " no credit check " payment plan and free shipping. Also, while the Excalibur is a wonderful dehydrator, you can get MUCH less expensive ones that do a good job until you make sure that you want to invest in a top model like the Excalibur. You can get an inexpensive Nesco, Ronco or other type (I do recommend the square Nesco-I use it more than my Excalibur now, since it takes up so much less space. I also OFTEN see dehydrators, still new in the box, at thrift stores, yard sales and flea markets. You could also put a " want " add on freecycle and quite likely get a dehydrator for free! Let me know if you want more info on the Vitamix. > > > > > > > > Thanks for the info. What kind if sprouter do you find most useful and what kind of trays? Sunflower seeds, chia and flax would need soil or a medium right? Would the regular seed growing trays work for those? > > > > > > > > I forget who it us who is growing stevia. If you've not used the green stevia powder before it's quite different than using the store products which are mixed with other agents. Green stevia should be allowed to settle after mixing into say, iced tea or other beverage or it will taste pretty awful. Very tiny amounts will suffice. in smoothies it should be blended in with your other ingredients. > > > > I'm going to try brewing a few whole > > > > Leaves along with tea bags- see if that method works. > > > > Deb > > > > Sent from my iPod > > > > > > > > > > >
