I wish we had a buddy walk here, but since we don't, I'll just wish you luck on yours! I somehow didn't realize you had three kids under 2!! I guess I didn't realize Olivia is as young as she is. All 3 of them are darling!

Hello to all -

It's been awhile since I have posted - life has been a little crazy.

Just wanted to say hi, and give an update. Nick and Max are doing fantastic - they both have helmets now, and are doing great. They are very cute ! They are now receiving PT two days a week, ST, and OT. Everyone says they are doing great - and I am amazed how well they are progressing. Boys are 8 months old now, and so ready to crawl. Olivia (big sis) does everything she can to "help them."

Ok moms, I am going through a weird phase - seem to really be having some anxiety about going to our first Buddy Walk. We are going, it will be a huge step for our family - and we have actually already raised $1450.00 - I am so excited. I am just nervous about going. We have not met a lot of other families with children that have DS. I have talked to many of the moms on the phone etc - but I have never been somewhere where there are lots of kids with DS. I know we are going to get bombarded because I have heard that everyone knows there are twins with DS and they all want to meet us. I am a little afraid that I will have a breakdown or something. I think seeing a lot of the older kids makes me nervous - it just flashes a bit of the future - i don't think I am ready for that yet. Did anyone else feel this way when going to their first big DS event?
