Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am very new to the group and admire the rigorous scrutiny with which any topic is examined. I was wondering if any member has access to data that address RR as an indicator of recovery. There is a small group of people who own Polar Heart Rate monitors that measure RR. They track their waking RR as well as their waking HR to look for overtraining as well as improvement in fitness. I am interested in learning more about the usefulness (or not) of this measurement. Thank you, Ford [Mod: Please don't forget to sign your posts with your full name, city and country of residence, thanks]
