Guest guest
Hello again! Yesterday we had an appointment at the Great Ormond Street Hospital .My son had MRI,lumbar puncture and various blood tests in July.I shared his seizures on this platform before..I was told all the tests were normal,neurotransmitters...metabolic markers..didn't tell me virus if he had any and I forgotten to ask.I asked them to send all the detailed results to dr Goyal, so I can see the values. They didn't look at ammonia...gaba-glutamate....relation..they didn't look at but I was told ,if something was wrong with these two, it would have reflected to another test which I can't remember the name now.. One marker was significant but they don't know the importance and couldn't explain it to me! I look at the internet.Perhaps this is the sign for his seizures....it is a very important cofactor in metabolic pathways.... Another research which I found in Pub Med points to " two amino acids, citrulineand methinonine..and both aresubstrates in inflammation and oxidative stress patways-two pathways that utilize BH(4) and abnoarmally activated in autism " . MY son's amino acids are in urine normal, they told me but blood tests was repeated. I am writing to the neurologist at Great Ormond and asking their interpretation as the internet science resources have already cited some studies surely they should know more, shouldn't they?? In daily life.....there are some improvements on my son's condtion, seizures are widen the gap a bit, over a month we haven't seen it, I hope we won't see it again.I've been doing DrYasko's first phase protocol,5-6 RNAs,small amouns daily together with the immune support stuff..withdrawn all allergic food, avaoid glutamae contained foods..so far he looks better, even he put some weight on.Definetely I need more guidance, hopefully Dr Goyal shows interest in Yasko protocol and supports me.We will see him next week. If any one can tell anything about elavated " CSF dihydrobiopterin " , please share. Thanks Nevin
