re: ordering Taebo tapes from taebo site question

Hello All,

question..earlier posted for the taebo cust. svc number..now, I ordered

my basic live tapes 1-3 on Sept 8th..I paid the 10.00 s/h fee to get them

faster..as of today they are still not here..so I called that number and the

girl I spoke to although was nice, didn't seem to have a clue..she put me on

hold to check something..then came back and said that my account needed to be

approved by the acct. mgr..i said why, I have plenty of money in my

account..then she put me on hold again, and said, everything has to be

approved by the acct. mgr. I said, so the tapes haven't even been sent yet?

Then why did I pay 10.00 s/h for them to get here in 5-7 days..she just said

she ws sorry and would waive the 10.00..now, I could care less about the

10.00 I want the tapes as i'm getting desperate for some tapes to rotate and

I've anxiously been awaiting the new arrivals..and now I find out they

haven't even been sent..and I don't buy the excuse I think something got

messed up..anyways, has anyone else had problems like this from ordering thru

the taebo site..I'm just glad I read 's post and called otherwise I'd be

waiting forever...I mean from sept 8 to sept 25 is quite a long time...let me

know...

Who was majorily disappointed to hear the news that my tapes are not even on

their way yet...

I think most people have had problems at one time or another. Keep calling

them until you get your tapes.

I will stay on top of my tape order until I know they have been

sent..yesterday was a frustrating day all together..Not only did I find out

my tapes were not even sent yet, after running home after work to see if they

are here..but I also ordered a book from and Nobel (a bookstore

here)..that was to arrive about a week ago..anyways, called them yesterday

(the book is Taebo way)..and they are like..well your order has been received

and I'm like has it been shipped yet, well she couldn't tell me if it has

been shipped..they will only know when they receive the book..I mean really,

what the heck...I just find this so frustrating and then when I get no help

other then excuses I get doubly mad...so it was like double wammy for me and

here I sit still waiting...I did fire off a note to the taebo Customer

service email...I mean if they are having problems, then correct the

situation..don't anger your customers...I need those tapes!!! Yesterday...

Ok, the taebo customer service just made up for their error and definitely

restored my faith, they sent a email response to my own saying that they

cancelled my original order cuz they don't know what happened, and reordered

my bL1-3 and are throwing in BL-4 for nothing, well for my inconvience I

guess..and sending them " rush " w/o charging me the extra 10.00 and I should

get them in 7-10 business working days..so I think its taken care of...

Unfortunately, I have had a TON of problems with my orders! They

have a really bad system and sometimes the customer service people

don't know what they are talking about! I'd keep calling until they

say that your tapes have been sent. If you have a problem, and the

customer service person says they will fix it, make sure you get a

confirmation number and if you continue to have problems, ask to

speak to a supervisor. I'm sorry you are having problems. Believe

me, I know how frustrating it is to be waiting for new tapes! I hope

you get them soon :)

Kathy,

I'm glad that it worked out for you! They are usually pretty good

about correcting a problem when it happens and doing something extra

for you, like sending BL4...that's nice of them! It's just

frustrating that the problems happen in the first place, huh? I hope

you get your tapes quickly! You'll love all 4 of those tapes and it

will really give you some great variety, especially during the 21 DC!
