I would like to do at least the following: on a daily basis, do 10

Kegels holding the contraction for 15 seconds (taking a breather if

needed), and one set of 25 machine-gun Kegels. LOL Ya know what I

ones..holding in my abs and doing machine gun Kegels all at the same

time..hmm..not a pretty picture..lol. But, an interesting challenge.

Another thought: We should do the MGK (machine gun kegals) in sets of

8..we are Tae-Bo-ers after all and used to the eight counts. Instead of

25 maybe we should do 24 or 32???
