Guest guest
, Congrats on your " graduation. " Let us know what you think about the Basic tape. As far as how long it will take you to lose inches, I would say that everybody's experience is different. Just keep up with the Tae-Bo, and it will DEFINITELY happen. Guest guest
[ Duncan] But can you give me a *notion*? Just some sort of ball park number? What's your best guess? assume 5 repetitions of the whole Basic tape per week. 3 months? 6 months? A year? ,Congrats on your "graduation." Let us know what you think about the Basic tape. Guest guest
That's interesting! I started the low carb diet last August and reached my goal for Christmas! So now I'm starting Tae Bo and will reach my new goal by Christmas! It's surely meant to be! -----Original Message-----From: Horsemom2@... Does anybody have any experience > that will indicate about how long it will take? , Congratulations on finishing one week of Tae-Bo! That's so great! I can't wait to hear what you think of the basic! It's a great idea to continue doing the Instructional tape once a week....that will really help keep you focused on correct form and will really help you in the long run! As for the inches....it's impossible to tell how your body will react to Tae-Bo! We have all had different things happen...some lose weight, some lose inches, some don't see any physical results right at first! Just hang in there cause you will see changes eventually! And really focus on holding your abs tight during ALL the moves...that will really help you lose the inches in that area! Good luck! Let us know how you do with the basic tape
