Elena >> Elena, I think my challenge is going to be easier after last night. Whenever I drink enought to feel it in the morning I stop drinkinf for a while. I forget my limit and mess up again. Of course I'm not in college anymore and just a few drinks is a lot to my body. Valentines day and my 2 year anniversary with my fiance are going to be the hard points. He doesnt drink at all so at least I got that going for me. I just have the worst time passing up a glass of wine when I go out to a really nice dinner. That's why the holidays have been so bad for me in this department -- too many nice dinners and special occasions. Here is my wimpy promise. For January and February (and hopefully, forever after), I will only have a drink on Saturday and Sunday nights with our nice dinners. Friday nights will be hard but it's worth doing. That's great that your fiance doesn't drink. The hard part for me is that my husband and I both love a bottle of wine with a nice dinner. We can do this! Guest guest
Hey Elena and , I really don't think one glass of wine with dinner is a no-no It is very medicinal and really not too bad caloriewise Barb who knows red wine especially Burgandy is recommended to prevent heart disease
