I wonder if there is a member who gives out our email addresses? Okay, in your outlook express go to the addresses then go to new contact and just put 0000000. You can do this twice. If someone gets a virus, they will not be able to spread the virus thru your directory because the first two addresses are " 0 " . " I'm pretty sure it was spam; a common trick is to use subject lines or text that makes it look like it's from someone you know. I just deleted it. Then it proceeds to send email as if those people were sending it. Just delete the emails without opening any of the attachments or clicking on any of the links. I just treat these like another form of spam and get rid of them. Don't let them bend you out of shape, if you do you are playing into the hands of the person who wrote the virus. I tried just about everything to lose weight... You yourself have to make up your mind you are GOING to lose it this time, and the thing I did when I finally decided to lose it on my own, (after losing 40some with nerves) I still ate what I liked, as almost Everyone goes back to the old habits, but instead of having two or three of the item, just eat one... Make your plate of the foods you eat only make it smaller portions, never go for seconds... I love the candy turtles... So for my sweet for the day I would eat one of them each day, never at the same time, (I kept them in the fridge so that I could enjoy it longer) I would eat it when I had the craving for chocolate that day... For me this all actually worked... Comes off a little slower, but I was never hungry and I had no cravings, because I still ate what I always did, only not as much... ) Just an idea... Our Grand Daughters come home with us every weekend ) They keep us pretty busy... They are 9-8-6 years old... This weekend Bre (8) made an apple pancake, tasted good, almost on the same line as a quench... Saedi (9) made a Springtime cake and almond drop cookies... Little Cassandra (6) helped Grama make a meatloaf ) She got to do the gushy part, mixing it all with her hands ) I told her what to put in and she put it all together... They all three did a wonderful job ) They love to learn... We went to the library Fri for a class for Sae and then they got books out... Sae took out two cook books for kids... Bre took out 5 dinosaur books, she is fascinated with them... Little Cassandra got out animal books, one was called, My Mama is a Llama! She took that to school with her today for the teacher to read to the class... The rest were Dalmatian books... She misses our Dalmatian almost as much as Grama does... She wants to collect 101 of them!!! She now has 26, I think... one is almost as big as she is ( 3 - 4' )... and the smallest is about 2inches... Sae collects teddy bears, she has over 60 of them... Bre collects Birds, she doesn't have as many, I think she only has around 7 of them, they are harder to find... My son has already found her a tweety bird for next Christmas, its over 4 - 5 feet tall... Got it at a garage sale for $2. She wants the more realistic ones, and that makes it harder to find... So with the girls around, they keep me pretty active... When they aren't here, i just collapse as I have the time to realize that I hurt something fierce... But I Love them to pieces... I have to sit down quit a bit and they understand this, so when I tell them that mama needs 20 mins., they allow me to fall asleep in the chair while they quietly play or watch tv... Then Sun. night we have to take them back, but then about 3 - 4 days a week I watch them after school, any where from 1 1/2 to 6 hours a day... The running wears me out a lot faster than just having them here and work around them, as they help Grama out an awful lot!!! Now we live across a couple rivers down in Portland, OR. Yet, back in 1980, things were a bit different and I was able to get a science lesson about volcanic eruptions up close and personal! I am glad that I no longer live there any more, but more than that, I am actually enjoying those who have moved around here since and are making such a huge deal out of something that looks so small... If you consider how many miles across the crater is and how deep, something moving up 150 feet really isn't much... It has a lot more work to do if it is going to rebuild a top!!! ~winks~ I have been able to watch some of the action from here... You see this great big mountain with this itty bitty puff of smoke coming out of the top... Yet, the camera crews are sure able to blow it up and show it from angles that make it look a lot bigger for the news... Think of a huge three wick candle that has burned a big crater in the middle... Now imagine lighting one of the wicks and blowing it out right before it really catches well... You know the amount of smoke that creates? That little trail up of smoke? Well, that is what it has been looking like this time around... Little wisps of smoke/ash/steam that come off the top... Now, if you have telephoto and can really get in close, both the smoke from the candle wick and from the mountain can be made to look like a huge amount... Yet, the reality is that though it is fun to watch, at this time it is a relatively safe past time!!!
