My favorite is Cheesy Garlic bread:) What do you eat if you can't eat breaded foods? I just don't know if I can do this.... I NEED MY BREAD!!Amywho is having second thoughts about dieting. SHe just doesn't know how to make other foods, what is there to make? Cheesy Garlic bread? Is this gourmet bread or is the cheese & garlic on top? Anyway, some really healthy bread is Food For Life's Original Bran For Life bread. It's made from whole sprouted grains and no flour. I think it tates the best out of all the Food For Life breads, but they also have Ezekiel 4:9 bread and 7 grain. They make them with or without salt. If you really like your garlic, try cutting a head of garlic in half and roasting in your oven. you can squeeze the pulp- out and spread it directly on your bread. Good for preventing disease (this statement has not been evaluated by the FDA). Lucinda

The best bread to eat is whole wheat. I know it is not the best tasting, but it is better for diets (alot less sugar)! If you feel the need to use bread crumbs while baking (which I still do sometimes), bread the chicken (or whatever you want to bread) very lightly, and bake instead of fry! When I go to a restaurant, I still have one piece of bread, because I too love my bread. But, I limit myself on how much. I hope this helped a little. Do not worry, it will eventually all come so easy once you are use to it!!! >> Thanks for the information. I will give it my best try ever!
