I really like her warm-up and cool down, so I might incorporate those into my tae-bo workouts. Guess it'll be 21 days before I try it out again who was sorry to read that Barb hurt her back and hopes she is feeling better soon >> Good News!!! The spasms are gone leaving just twinges I took alternating hot baths and iced it and did Chi and it seems to be healing in record time The Advil has even worn off sooo by Monday I may be ready for action just alittle slower paced Barb who loves the jab, cross, bob-weave from Kathy smith's Kickboxing and does it while doing Tae-Bo whenever the urge strikes just as I toss in a rare TB move here and there from other work-outs

I think I'm going to do that once a week...I need the variety!!!

I also alternate hot baths and ice when I first get a spasm. I also like to hit it hard with medicine at the first sign of a spasm. After 2 weeks I still mess up that move as well as the combos led by the male kickboxer. > and does it while doing Tae-Bo whenever the urge strikes just as I > toss in a rare TB move here and there from other work-outs

Actually, that was not a test. Those combo's are tricky. I have to talk myself through each one. > > Barb > who still messes up the guy's combo bigtime but knows I'll get it the next > one or two times I just figured out, after 2 weeks, that he does a elbow punch(?), not a hook after the cross. Maybe I'll use it on the day when I'm supposed to rest with the 8 minute tae-bo or do one basic and then Kathy . Kathy 's doesn't seem as hard to me as tae-bo, but that's probably because I take so many breaks to rewind and try to learn the new combinations
