Good News!!!

The spasms are gone leaving just twinges

I took alternating hot baths and iced it and did Chi

and it seems to be healing in record time

The Advil has even worn off

sooo by Monday I may be ready for action

just alittle slower paced

who loves the jab, cross, bob-weave from Kathy smith's Kickboxing

and does it while doing Tae-Bo whenever the urge strikes just as I

toss in a rare TB move here and there from other work-outs

LOL you left out the knee raise after backing up

(was that a test?)

Barb

who still messes up the guy's combo bigtime but knows I'll get it the next

You could always do Kathy and the 8 minute or just practice a couple of

moves before the cool down. I think I'm going to do that once a week...I

need the variety!!!

mess up that move as well as the combos led by the male kickboxer.

elbow strike is a neat move

repeating the name of the move definitely helps

but not always with left or right

Actually, that was not a test. Those combo's are tricky. I have to

talk myself through each one.

I just figured out, after 2 weeks, that he does a elbow punch(?), not a

hook after the cross. I am determined to practice these moves until I

don't have to thinks about them.

Yeah, I never thought of that! Maybe I'll use it on the day when I'm

supposed to rest with the 8 minute tae-bo or do one basic and then

Kathy . Kathy 's doesn't seem as hard to me as tae-bo, but

that's probably because I take so many breaks to rewind and try to

learn the new combinations :)
