Guest guest
We are loving Grow Your Own Drugs - we are downloading on-line. I'm quite -pleased with the book too (I think it's mostly the info from the programmes) - it looked a bit too full of pictures to be very useful but I've actually learnt quite a bit - it's motivating too - some nice easy things to have a go at. This page has the athlete's foot recipe. http://www.bbc.co.uk/tv/features/growyourowndrugs/episode6.shtml I can't find an index for the recipes - I opened them by changing the 6 (in the url above) to a 5 then 4 etc to see the other recipe pages. Tim had stubborn athlete's foot and a fungal nail (gone now) - treating his yeast generally helped made it easier to tackle, probios, fermented foods, etc Sandyxx
Guest guest
> I was just reading that Manuka honey is good for athlete's foot. it's a bit of a sticky mess so found this too http://www.honeymarkproducts.com/anti-fungalsolution.aspx which is basically an anti-fungal product made out of manuka honey.
