I am so happy. I know that I am not supposed to look at the scale but I can't help myself, I want to know. I think that you are doing wonderful. You sound like you are very determined to figure this whole diet thing out, so I would love it if you would keep us posted on how you are doing, I love hearing from you. See, when you write about your weight loss since the beginning of the 21DC, I am impressed. When I do something similar, I am blasse(sp?). I didn't put it down as a brag because I just got back to where I was before the holidays. I'm pleased but I have bigger and better things in mind (like getting into a size 10). By the way, I made it through the weekend without binge eating! That puts me at day 7 of my healthy eating challenge. Elena

I'm hoping as I get further along with my challenge that it will be easier to pass up the fattening lunch options at work. I remember a time when I actually felt virtuous turning down snacks at work. It was a cool feeling to have that much control. I hope we both get there. Elena
