Way to go Elena, I have finally lost the 6 lbs. I gained when I started this

taebo 21DC and this morning when I got on the scale I finally lost another

pound. I am so happy. I know that I am not supposed to look at the scale

but I can't help myself, I want to know. I think that you are doing

wonderful. You sound like you are very determined to figure this whole diet

thing out, so I would love it if you would keep us posted on how you are

doing, I love hearing from you.

I agree Elena. We do need to give ourselves a little more credit....

I was before the holidays. I'm pleased but I have bigger and better things in

mind (like getting into a size 10). By the way, I made it through the weekend

without binge eating! That puts me at day 7 of my healthy eating challenge.

Amy, that is terrific news! See, when you write about your weight loss

since the beginning of the 21DC, I am impressed. When I do something

similar, I am blasse(sp?). I guess we need to give ourselves credit for

our hard work even if, as Barb says, we are a work in progress.

along with my challenge that it will be easier to pass up the fattening lunch

options at work. I remember a time when I actually felt virtuous turning down

snacks at work. It was a cool feeling to have that much control. I hope we

both get there.
