I am wondering why she

has this start of mastitis. Maybe if you understand it , it is a help to find the

best tool.

Many years ago I was going

upstairs to home with many shopping bags, and I stumbled. As I had the bags, I

wasn’t so fast to free my hands so I bang my breasts too on the stairs. After

a couple of hours I started to fell a acute pain so I put on breasts cold compresses

and clay all the afternoon and evening. The day after the pain was over.

I would like to ask you

too about castor oil, because it is something I never heard here in Italy

and I am interested in learning about it. Is there some evidence about that?

I tend to avoid massage--it often causes more

inflammation. I have moms use castor oil compresses and begin with homeopathic

phytolacca--3-5 pellets of 30c, every half hour for 6 doses. usually that's all

that's needed.
