The British owned pharmacy you found in Cypress does not yet have to comply with EU law as Cypress failed EU entry.

For clarification, your U.S. Doctor is not competent to prescribe Andractim under EU law. While there are European pharmacies, most typically German pharmacies, which are willing to bend the law and accept a prescription from your US Doctor, you should always consult your European Union based Doctor before you consider using Andractim DHT Gel.
