yes amino s can get your brain chemistry working normal without the side efffects from say PAXHELL although not cheap a good orthomolecualr doc can solve the puzzle to feeling normal doing it on your own is like playing russain ruelet with your mind like the same as taking any anti dep

I have tried aminos for depression to no avail. Empty stomach with vitamins, 5htp tyrosine, I could never feel anything from them. Does not mean they wont work for anyone else. One thing I did find by accident the other night was proventil tablets, I posted earlier about asthma giving me problems out here in the Kuewaiti desert, the other day I was having a harder time breathing and took the pill instead of the puffer, it gave me lots of energy and I was able to achieve some pretty hard wood and and multiple ejaculations that day. things Ive learned amino acids, is that first there seems to be quality diference between brands, second, it needs to be taken on empty stomach by themselves, and lastly its effect comes an goes pretty quickly. I am also trying these supplements right now daily but not very consistenly, Trib fuel xtrme, ZMA, GABA calm, Tonkat, Rhodax, 6-oxo. I am waiting to try phenibut. I am thinking about going deeper into amino acid therapy. Are any members experiementing with amino acids right now ? or maybe in the past and gave up without result ?

thanks for youre advice. I didnt even know docs such as orhtomolecular

existed. I looked up orhtomolecular doc near in my city and found only

one. How do they specifically help ? urine or blood test ?

I am right now reading books related to amino acids and its really

interesting what they have to say. This one books talks about serotonin

and dopamine being like ying and yang, and how serotonin n GABA cools

the body from the right hemisphere and dopamine, acetylcholine, and

glutmate heats from the left hemisphere brain. Much like how right

brain is for emotions and left brain is for logic. It also talks about

our brain is constantly trying wanting to reach balance but outside

factors like enviroment shifts us into either cool or warm side and our

imbalance of chemical makes us who we are and our personality. Also in

the book it says that dopamine/NE works during the day, sympathetic(I

think) and serotonin works mostly at night parasymthetic, maybe this is

why some of us experince libido changes right before or after sleep ? I

just thought this was pretty interesting

wow nice discovery, did you notice any side effects from it ? did

proventil raise libido/orgasm quality also or just erection help. It

says here

proventil is beta(2)-adrenergic agonist so I guess it raises

norepinephrine/epinephrine. has any other member try this ?
