Guest guest Posted December 14, 2007 Report Share Posted December 14, 2007 Hi, I remember that when we were diasgnosing Zack (9) w/ ADHD several moms told me that they had dual diagnosis too. Now i have a RX question for you. A little history it's been about 2 yrs since we started on Focalin 10mg and then went to 15mg (he's 50# only) when the effects went away and the impulsivity and behavior started to be a real barrier to learning he moved to Daytrana patch 15 mg it was great until the irritation (he's sensory sensitive) became too much and he would remove the patch early each morning in school. So we have been to our DS center in JAX FL and they want him to start on Vyvanse looks good from my online research. They also want him to take half a pill of Clonidine hcl at night? I know we are not doctors here but personal experience is very valuable! Anyone using VYVANSE and or CLONODINE? ANY PROS AND CONS?
