I am waiting for the results of this year's IBLCE exam and am in the planning stages of starting my own private practice, and I am not an RN and do not wish to be. It is encouraging to hear that there are many in the field who feel no lack in their potential without an nursing degree. I am currently a LLLL and I want to stay where I am now -- in the community.
