I am so happy for (and you too)! has Celiac and it is a challenge to keep EVERYTHING Gluten free. It is in just about everything you buy, even shampoo. Congratulations again! Kim mom to Abbi and Ds - 8 and Mikayla - 11 Hi. I just writing to check in as well. Our good news this month wasthat we truly confirmed that does not have celiac disease. She hadan endoscopy on the 17th. The doc took 3 biopsies and they, along withall the blood work again, all came back negative. The nutritionist said her caloric intake and protein intake are good, sowe'll just keep doing what we're doing and try to make small dietimprovements that might help her growth. We're just going to have a verytiny (but strong!) little girl.School starts Sept. 5th and they are all ready to go back. Football is every night for me oldest, my 10 yr. old is playing soccer, (Tara's twin) is playing flagfootball, Tara has been swiming 1x/week and improving, this instructor wants Tara to compete in Special Olympics, Which is a goal, but in the future! Bobby is going into 7th grade, jr. high building, Jillian is in 5th, middle school building, is in 2nd, another primary building, and Tara is in 1st, at yet another primary building!!!! And this is the reason I work weekends/overnights, at the hospital! Tara is in a reg ed. 1st grade, with a dual certified teacher, she already mailed Tara a book she made, with pictures of the school, classroom, teacher, desk, ..........teacher seems great!
