Some improvement thanks to L-Tyrosine and L-Arginine

A few days ago, I started taking L-Tyrosine and L-Arginine (500 mg of L-

Tyrosine every other morning, 500 mg of L-Arginine every morning. I've

since noticed a DEFINITE boost in my libido (which was hovering around

zero) and also in the quality of my erections. L-Tyrosine is a

chemical precursor to dopamine, so, in theory, taking L-Tyrosine boosts

your dopamine levels (or at least increases the amount of dopamine

available). L-Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, and nitric

oxide, in turn, has a role in the physiology of erections, among other

roles.

(Along with the L-Tyrosine and L-Arginine, I also take Saw Palmetto,

Ginkgo Biloba, and Zinc daily, and intermittently use Ginseng, Rhodiola

Rosea, and Horny Goat Weed).
