Recently Ive read four books on amino acid and transmitters. Ive found

the following infos. I think it is based on theory so Im not sure how

correct they are but maybe it can be helpful, here it is

some tranmitters that are involed in sexual function

histamine-inhibits-cool-histidine(orgasm timing and libido )

dopamine-excites-heat-tyrosine,theanine,phenaline,SAM-e (energy,desire)

acetlycohline-excites-heat-choline,cartinine(functioning of organs)

spermamine?-arginine(releases NO,sperm)

GABA-inhibit-cool-GABA(relaxation)

I have tried all of them but it seems it didnt work like in the books

mentions maybe I didnt take enough dosages. histidine I have yet to

find it helping me in anyway. tyrosine, DLPA, SAM-e only helps me with

energy, and some urge but not def help yet, might have to do with

chemistry or something. acetycholine, Apha GPC, Choline, piractam did

not help but bethanecol increased peaking oragsm and erection, oh yea

piractam seemed to help with erection. Ive yet to find arginine helpful

in anyway, I think it needs to be taken constantly in large amounts for

sometimes for help. In any of the four book does it mention 5htp or

trypohtan suppose to help with sexual recovery but I have tried several

time 5htp and trypothan that it has helped me to orgasm with pleasure

(not all the times), I still am not sure if it was 5htp nor trypothan

because it is not suppose to help in theory. But in one of the book it

says you need serotonin in order to raise dopamine, which I still dont

understand since serotonin and dopamine are suppose to be the

opposites. After reading these books I realized the more you read, the

dumber you get, so I thought I just throw this info out before I forget

about them.

When serotonin is low, dopamine and SE levels rise for fight/flight purposes and then are depleted. IMHOzoloftscrwd4life wrote: Recently Ive read four books on amino acid and transmitters.
