Ladies,

Just like the Geico

Gecko says on the tv commercial when asked if we can get to know

him personally, he looks away and says something (in an Australian

accent) like "We don't need to go there, Luv, You know what I mean?"

But if you can't help yourself, go to Macro Match.

I hear that it is one place where you can get to know him personally,

but I could not swear on on it! ;-)

Thank you, very much.

thanks, Bruce~

I like how I'm learning so much more than mb on this list!

we just bought our first ever mac last year, it is running tiger.

(a G4 ibook, don't ask me all the specs, please....I just know it

has an upgraded 1G RAM, 80G hard drive, and 1.something MH)

I suspected there were other browsers you could run, but it would

be nice to get a download of IE for my buying club purposes. I

will ask some friends. will ask about adobe while I'm at it!

do you want to try downloading tiger? I could " loan " you our

set up disc if it helps...

;-)

I'm sorry, Holly, but in my quest to show you and others so much, I

became such a show off that I overlooked the fact that you in fact can

download a copy of Internet

Explorer for Mac (though you won't get Google as a search engine,

instead you get a very wonderful Explorer Bar that contains a very

useful Favorites organizer, an organized and easy to use History

component, a customizable Search engine [that includes Google!], a

really fantastic way of storing snapshots of webpages-the Scrapbook,

and something that I still need to learn how to use, the Page Holder)

and for that, I apologize.

I'm watching the s (and I hope you are too) as I write this, so as

I'm hearing the music, I just want to say that it has been my

experience that though Mac

IE sometimes loads pages or has fewer of the most desirable

features, it is often more stable and freezes or crashes less often

than the other browsers.

Please enjoy your browser(s)

and....

Thank you, very much.
