Guest guest Posted May 8, 2010 Report Share Posted May 8, 2010 I think that if you keep the milk temperature below 118F it will still be raw milk. This is what I do when I make a latte. Just remember that when you add the coffee the temperature will increase, so only heat the milk to 90-95 degrees.
